I love living at The Aven! I didn’t think I’d live in an apartment again, but I’m very grateful and happy to be living here. I love the community; residents are friendly, welcoming, and love playing shuffleboard and cornhole. Firepit is amazing, the convenience of the elevator makes it really easy to carry groceries/ease of access. Pool is fantastic, many activities, good sense of community. Leasing office is amazing and staff are amazing and go above and beyond!

The whole office staff here is incredible. Special shout-out to Chelbi (she gave us our first tour and dealt with my many follow-up questions in the months prior to move-in). The property itself is new construction which means growing pains, but it’s beautiful & the staff are very prompt and attentive to anything that may come up.

I went in for a tour yesterday and this apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing and very reassuring. They are very transparent about everything and also go over pricing and what’s included in detail. This apartment complex definitely stands out from the rest!

The management team here has been nothing short of amazing. They are always patient, kind, and truly willing to work with you, which makes the entire living experience so much better. Anytime I’ve needed help or had questions, they’ve handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. It’s clear they really value their residents, and that makes a huge difference in feeling at home.

I’m really impressed by the staff and their presentation. They go out of their way to make the experience warm and welcoming, which stood out compared to many of the apartment tours I’ve done in the past. The amenities don’t feel staged or underutilized. They’re spaces you can actually see yourself using and enjoying. Overall, the common area feels like a place designed for residents, not just for show.

Talea and everyone at the front have been more than amazing. Tyler, as well as been such an awesome handyman, same with Taneika. Talea had to really sell this place to my dad, for seal of approval which she did such an amazing job navigating that for myself and him as well. We knew it was the place where I would be calling home for a while, especially with all the calming, welcoming colors this place has to offer. From start to move in to even now they have been so welcoming. Truly, I am very thankful, and they all feel like a bit of family at this point. I would definitely recommend if looking for places to stay and call home for a bit.

I’d give 1000 ⭐️ stars! Talae and Taneika have been so helpful throughout my entire move in process from the application to move in day! Beyond helpful and informative! They really go above and beyond for all applicants and future residents. I rented a 2b/2b, and I couldn’t be happier with the layout!! It’s so spacious, huge walk-in closet, lots of storage, and just a bright and open feel to the apartment. I love the modern finishes and hardwood throughout! The Aven is definitely the #1 complex in Colorado Springs, in my opinion! The detailed work and finishes going into the clubhouse, pool and common spaces are beyond beautiful!
