Yes, every building has ramp entry. Every building has apartment homes on the ground level. Builings 6 & 7 have elevator access.

Yes, 2 pets per apartment maximum
Rottweiler, doberman pinscher, pitbull terrier/staffordshire terrier, chow, presa canario, akita, alaskan malamute, american bulldog, wolf hybrid or any mix thereof.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the management office directly.
We do have several partner perks that can be found in our Elevated Living app, right now they include: Milkshake Factory, Prominent Point Dental Group, Complete Chiropractic, Kid City Cordera
We have both co-working spaces and private rooms. We also have a printer for residents.
